DELIVERY
Delivery is provided via DHL courier at the present time. For customers in Portugal, we also provide shipment by post.

All products are sold with a description of health benefits. Please note that food supplements are not replacements for pharmaceuticals, and may not work exactly as described. There is a wide variance in effects depending on age, health, weight, pre-existing medical conditions and other factors. Please consult your doctor before undertaking any kind of therapeutic cure.

All products are sold as is, i.e. as described on our website and e-Shop. All product images and descriptions have been provided by our suppliers. If you find a defective product, please notify us at once on info@debene.co.

All payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not keep your payment information anywhere on our website or in our data.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We will provide a 100% refund as long as the secondary packaging (paper box) and primary packaging (blister pack or bottle) have not been open or damaged in any way. Please contact us by email for our refund and return policy on info@debene.co.

Please keep all products in a cool, dry place. Ensure that children do not have access to the products.
